VSE AG is part of the E.ON Group and is a leading infrastructure and energy service provider in the Saarland region. In November 2020, vilisto, together with VSE AG, won one of the coveted final places in the E.ON Grid Startup Challenge and was recognized as a promising solution and innovation. In addition to vilisto, eight other innovative start-ups were selected from over 150 applications to subsequently demonstrate the potential of the solutions in pilot projects within the E.ON Group.
At the beginning of 2021, two buildings of the VSE Group in Illingen in Saarland were equipped with our intelligent, thermostat-based individual room control system and then heated according to demand. A saving of 25.3% was measured, which is reflected accordingly in the savings in heating costs and CO2 emissions. In line with the Group’s sustainability strategy, vilisto has taken a major step towards reducing building-related emissions.

The cooperation with vilisto is uncomplicated and goal-oriented and the vilisto system delivers what it promises. We are therefore very satisfied with the cooperation and the savings results achieved, which enable us to make a contribution to climate protection.
