Project
Among other things, the ACE Auto Club Europa advocates for traffic safety at the regional and federal levels. As a mobility partner for its members, the ACE offers guidance and assistance on topics such as roadside assistance, electric mobility, and consumer protection. But the auto club doesn’t just advocate for safe and sustainable mobility—it also takes on social and environmental responsibilities. At its administrative headquarters in Stuttgart, ACE has therefore been relying on vilisto’s digital heat management system since 2022.
After 267 conventional radiator thermostats were replaced with smart thermostats during normal operations, the ACE now heats intelligently. By automatically regulating the radiators based on individual room usage, the Autoclub saves a good 100,000 kilowatt-hours of energy annually, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20 metric tons. With cost savings of over 12,000 euros, this efficiency measure will pay for itself in about four years.
