BEEHIVE is a coworking space provider and was founded in 2016. Since then, the company has grown consistently, increasing its community, and opening new locations in major German cities.

We are cooperating with BEEHIVE since 2018 in a great and successful partnership. Since their coworking spaces are operated 24/7 and see highly different usage patterns of the individual office spaces, an intelligent radiator control solution made sense.

Result

Thereby, the energy consumption was optimised and the savings potential was reaped. The individual rooms are now being heated for 30-50% of the time compared to the situation before, when conventional thermostats were used. In the meantime, we have equipped 4 coworking spaces in different office buildings in Hamburg and Frankfurt with our self-learning radiator thermostats.
